Here I go needlessly defending Giada again, bear with me… (I obviously enjoy doing it) 1) The pronunciation in the photo is wrong…that’s how you pronounce mozzarella if you’re from Brooklyn, which isn’t how Giada says it. 2) I’m taking Italian. It is fucking awesome. When I become fluent in Italian, I’m gonna incorporate it into whatever I can because it’s so fun and beautiful. 3) Let’s compare Giada’s use of Italian to Mario Batali’s use of Italian, and who sounds more condescending. Oh yeah, it’s Mario Batali. I love them both, but Mario is the only one of the two who makes me feel like I’m being talked down to. Capisce? Bene.
